Socials and formals are fun ways to bond with sisters and get to know other members of Greek Life. Alpha Xi Delta hosts themed socials as well as semi-formal (in fall) and formal (in spring). Dressing up with sisters and dancing the night away always reminds us not to take ourselves too seriously and to always have fun!

Formal is one of the most fun nights of the year for Alpha Xi! Formal gives our sisters the opportunity to dress up, invite a date, and spend the night singing along to the DJ and tearing up the dance floor. 

Another fun event at formal is sister superlatives. A week before, sisters vote on silly superlatives like Most Likely to be on Reality TV, Best Story teller, etc. At formal, the winners are announced and awarded a certificate!

Another unique aspect about Formal is that our chapter’s Xi Man is crowned! This year, our lovely Xi Man is Brady Darrow!
